How I Respected My Mind and Got Benefit?

My mind is now my intelligent assistant for me.

Wherever I go, whatever I do, I was always feeling busy. Not because of the physical work, but because of the continuous thought process from my mind.

Even in the midnight, I used to get up and then be unable to sleep for several hours. I wanted to request my mind, “Please stop,” but it wouldn’t. The next day, I felt very tired and as if I hadn’t had sufficient sleep. This tiredness would continue up to the evening, and by night I would become very fresh. Result? Again at night, I was unable to sleep well.

My mind became a source of torture for me. I hated my mind. I wanted to escape from it, but I couldn’t.

A New Perspective with MyWorld

Then one day, after I started using MyWorld, I paused for a moment to observe my mind and what it was trying to convey. I realized that knowingly or unknowingly, whatever I had thought in the past—the goals I wanted to achieve—were simply the thoughts from my mind. I began to understand that my mind was trying to help me recall everything I wanted.

One night around 2 AM, unable to sleep due to a barrage of thoughts, I decided to record everything as a task in MyWorld. I marked these tasks with future dates, categorizing them as Not Urgent and Not Important. Suddenly, I noticed that all my racing thoughts began to subside. I went back to sleep and enjoyed a great night’s rest.

Taking Control and Finding Peace

When I had free time, I used MyWorld to filter my pending tasks. I marked off tasks that didn’t hold any meaning for me, and for those that I had been ignoring, I set aside time to complete them.

Gradually, I began working on the important tasks that I had noted down. Slowly and steadily, my sleep improved and, with the completion of these tasks, I started seeing positive changes in my life. Ultimately, I became very happy because I was finally able to do everything I had planned in the past.

MyWorld Changed My Life

MyWorld truly changed my life, and I believe it can help anyone facing the same issues I once did. By respecting my mind and channeling its thoughts into actionable tasks, I not only managed my sleepless nights but also improved my overall well-being.
